Clients come to us because they have a problem. It’s stressful. Whether we are simply answering a legal question, getting someone’s weekly checks started, or handing someone a check for a large amount of money, we know that what we are really doing is taking away some of that person’s stress and making their lives a little — or a lot — better.
Everyone on our team keeps this as the primary focus: we are here to help people feel better by helping them with their claim, but also by listening to them and forming an actual human connection with each client.
In support of this, we support and take care of each other. Our staff members are all genuine friends, and are happy to come to work. That impacts client experience more than anything else and is the most important factor by far in exceeding expectations.
We also demand and expect the absolute highest level of legal assistance possible for each client. Our lawyers are very active members of the bar, especially the Workers’ Compensation and Plaintiff bars, we speak at CLE’s and community outreach programs through the Bar and other organizations, and we regularly accrue about double the number of required CLE hours each year. Mr. Lee is a member of WILG, and is the former President of Injured Workers Advocates in South Carolina.
